Kendo-America has an excellent how-to and reference page that provides a wealth of information including a dictionary of terms, how to fold and care for your dogu (Hakama, Bogu, Shinai) as well as other interesting information items. Worth a visit.
Iaido: Japanese Traditional Budo offers a nice synopsis about Iaido by a practitioner in Japan.
Nobara Dojo provides a series of photos of the ZNKR Seiteigata (standard forms).
